In 2017, alongside my brother Ian Welch, I co-founded Inspired Lifestyle Realty with the vision of specializing in the luxury market. Our journey has been marked by a proven track record of successful transactions, which inspired us to write a business book focused on the real estate arena.

I hold an Associate degree in Banking Finance from Miami Dade Community College and have earned various certifications, including the REO Property Preservation Designation and E-Pro Certification. Currently, I am furthering my education with courses for the CRS and CLHMS designations.
