Intro Call
The first step is arranging a call with me to discuss your budget, exact criteria, preferred location, and ideal possession date. You’ll also get to know me a bit more to see if I’m the right Realtor for you!
Get Pre Approved
From here, you’ll meet with my mortgage broker to get your finances in order and see what you can afford. By having your pre-approval before we begin viewing places, you’ll be in a competitive position as you’ll know exactly what your financial situation is.
Start the Search
I call this the fun part! I’ll share my insight and start with a list of top picks to ensure we’re on the same page. Then over the next few days or weeks, I’ll arrange viewings that maximize your time by meeting your exact criteria, aiming to exceed your expectations. After seeing a concise list of beautiful homes, we work together to create a list of your favorites to help make a final decision. Never thought it was *actually* possible to find your dream home? Here’s where I prove you wrong.
Submitting Offers
Now it’s time for you to make the choice that feels obvious and right for you. You’ve found your dream home and it ticks every box, including your budget. We work together to submit your offer and wait for a response. This part can be stressful depending on the market we’re in, but this is why I’m here! I’ll advise you based on offer prices, conditions, etc. If the offer is rejected, then we’ll go back to viewing more beautiful properties.
Fulfilling Condition +Prepairing for Closing
Congrats! You have an accepted offer. Now is the time to pay your remaining down payment and other closing costs, as well as arranging all next steps before closing day. This may involve home inspections, status certificate reviews, etc. This time will involve your Mortgage Broker and Lawyer. We’ll also do a final walk through of the property.
